Chemistry
The aim of the study of chemistry at the Open Gate Gymnasium is to bring the subject closer to everyday life. We present information to students that is important, interesting and relevant. We have a state-of-art laboratory and classroom; thanks to them we can immediately connect the findings from chemistry class with lab exercises and practical outputs.
Students also have the option to join the chemistry club. They can participate in various interesting chemistry competitions (e.g. Chemistry Olympics). For students with a deeper interest in the subject, we offer a chemistry seminar, and next year we plan to open a seminar focused on preparation for college level chemistry.
