Classes 4 and 5 spent a very enjoyable day in Prague at the National Technical Museum beside Letna Park. The original plan was to visit the newly reopened National Museum but unfortunately it didn’t open until 11.00. Fortunately the Technical Museum was open and welcoming and we started by viewing the Made in Czechoslovakia exhibition which was a fascinating look at the tremendous ingenuity of Czech lands past and present. Exhibitions on metal, astronomy, home appliances, chemicals and much more led to a wonderful morning. The only problem is there wasn’t enough time!
