Mr. E is here...

Class 3

We returned to our World Culture map this week after a couple of weeks off due to the holidays. The children seemed to be really excited to continue to broaden their knowledge of the world. One of the things we talked about was Ayer’s Rock (Uluru) in Australia. The children created some great artwork of the famous landmark. Keep your eyes open for the artwork hanging in the hallway next week.

Class 4

This week we have been working on creating profiles for famous Czechs throughout history. We are creating these to send to the children in India who are taught  by Cheetal, our exchange assistant from last year. She had said her students are very interested in learning more about the Czech Republic so we thought it would be a nice project to share a bit of our (your) culture with them. We will continue with it next week.
