Petra Dobešová has extensive experience with project management and advising on the strategic management and restructuring of firms in the Czech Republic and Switzerland. In 2011, she led the project for the development of super clean laboratories for SOTIO, a biotechnology company, where she also served on the Management Board. She graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, specialising in finance and international trade. Furthermore, she recently developed her teaching skills by enrolling at the Prague-based Akcent College for the Teaching Subjects at the Second Level of Primary Schools and at Secondary Schools course.

Between 1996 and 2009, Petra held a number of positions at Philip Morris International, serving as head of the external relations department, on the Board of Directors, and manager of strategic planning and development. She spent three years as a Senior Financial Analyst in Lausanne, Switzerland. From 2010 she was SOTIO’s manager of the development of super clean areas for six years, and later served as the firm’s COO and on the Management Board. In April 2016, Petra assumed the role of project manager at PPF a.s., with responsibility for educational projects. In 2017, she was appointed as the Managing Director of OPEN GATE – gymnázium a základní škola s.r.o.
Petra enjoys skiing, pilates, yoga and reading.
