Hana has been involved in sports since her early childhood; through gymnastics, athletics and handball she got into ice hockey. She represented the Czech Republic for many years, including participation in four European Championships. She likes to motivate others to exercise as part of their lifestyle, while recognising and respecting the uniqueness of each person: "It's not about performance, it's about feelings." In addition to her sport and movement involvement, she is a certified coach and mentor in personal development.

During her studies at FTVS UK she taught group classes, worked as a personal fitness trainer and TV teacher at primary schools in Příbram and Prague. She trained hockey goalies. She worked at the Palestra College as an external teacher in retraining courses (swimming, fitness and ZTV). For many years she was a trainer of Pilates method for FISAF – CSAE. For over 20 years she has been a personal trainer specializing in Pilates, yoga and functional training. She is the author of the DVD "Basic Pilates" and "Pilates for pregnant women".


In winter he skis and ski mountaineers; when the snow falls he slips on inline skates. She also enjoys ferrata and paddleboarding. She enjoys travelling, watching films for memoirs, walking in old Prague, meditation, crocheting and knotting macramé, reading self-development and history books, listening to classical music, baking delicious cakes and pies. She tries intermittent fasting and eating less sugar. She loves the smell of coffee and lavender. Prefers the pink colour. Her favourite is in the morning. She has three daughters.
